Front Row Seat - 10x20

Picture this: The fall weather is exceptional, the kids are at Grandma’s. My husband is patiently paddling us along in our tandem kayak while I’m snapping pictures of clouds and waves and hardly doing my share. (This is why I love our tandem). The sun is setting at one end of the lake and the harvest moon is rising at the other. It’s sooo quiet.

We have three boys keeping us busy so date nights don’t come around too often. This restful evening was just the pause we needed to recharge. A slow sunset, easy conversation and the warmth of companionship, made the world feel calm again—and reminded us why these little moments matter.
